I am an educationist with over 18 years of experience in school development, training needs analysis, teacher training, Parenting and educational outreach. I am educated thoroughly from Aligarh Muslim University, which laid the foundation for my lifelong commitment to meaningful and progressive learning environments.
As the author of Better Parenting: The Power of Communication, I believe in the importance of emotionally healthy homes and classrooms. I love being around children and find great joy in helping teachers and caretakers understand and support their emotional wellness.
In addition to my work in schools, I also serve as a guest faculty member at several Judicial Academies and PSUs across India, contributing to sessions focused on parenting, communication, and child development.
At St. Joseph’s School, I lead Outreach Activities with the aim to build strong community connections, foster partnerships, and support the overall development of our students and educators.
